Property layouts for the financier's private tropical island featured within the images.
Additionally included in this recent document release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and contains a legend identifying various sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including plans for dock shelters.
